About the event
Now in it's third year McBane 2020 will offer a full weekend of training and research in the historical Old Town of Scotland's capital, Edinburgh.
Offering workshops in McBane's method of Smallsword by Maestro Paul Macdonald, plus guest instructors teaching a variety of weapons that McBane wrote about. The first day will be a rare chance to study and handle an original copy of McBane's treatise, and other notable treatises, as well as the weapons of the time. Followed by 2 days of hard training.
There will be a formal dinner, and several special McBane Ales brewed exclusively for the weekend.
